Mick Streff AAMS®, CRPC® Regional Vice President

Mick Streff is an Investment Advisor Representative and a Registered Principal with Householder Group. He's also received the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) and Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC) Professional Designations from The College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO.

With over 30+ years in the financial services business, Mick has had the privilege of assisting hundreds of families seek the most appropriate use of financial products and services in their quest to reach their specific goals. As well, he's worked with many small business owners and those educators from the classroom to administration. He believes in the importance of helping clients focus on life issues that are significant to them. His mid-western background is apparent with his plain and simple approach to coaching his clients toward the path of their financial journey.

He focuses on employing a disciplined process to help clients understand their long-term investment objectives and risk tolerance, determine the appropriate asset allocation and diversification strategy, with the goal to select the most appropriate money management style and measure portfolio performance.

Stephanie Ford CDFA®, CRPC® Regional Vice President

Stephanie is an exceptional financial advisor that specializes in financial and estate strategies and asset allocation.

With over 14 years of experience, she is able to develop comprehensive financial strategies for her individual and business clients that often include distribution plans for retirement, hands-on investment management strategies, tax planning, business analysis, as well as estate and risk management strategies. In addition to the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation, she also holds her Certified Divorce Analyst (CDFA®) designation and has helped many clients going through a difficult emotional divorce and assisted them in making the best financial decisions for their future financial goals and objectives.

Stephanie has partnered with Householder Group because they share her dedication to the same goals and objectives, which she believes are necessary to achieve successful outcomes for her clients with integrity and transparency. Like Householder Group, Stephanie’s focus is on developing and implementing tax strategies and estate-planning techniques endeavoring to reduce income and estate taxes for her clients. In addition, Stephanie is able to leverage the availability of sophisticated investment strategies that enable her to focus on working towards capital preservation and multi-generational wealth preparation for her clients. Stephanie offers a depth of knowledge in many of the critical areas of the financial landscape. She has the experience, education, and vital tools to help her clients design and implement a strategic plan to pursue their individual financial goals.

Stephanie was born in Tucson but with her parents serving in the military during her childhood, she spent most of her childhood in England and Ohio prior to moving back to Tucson. When Stephanie isn’t helping her clients, she loves to spend time with her family including supporting her children in sporting and extracurricular activities. Growing up, she enjoyed playing softball and basketball..

Luis Manriquez, Financial Advisor

In 1981 Luis Manriquez transitioned from a career as a Public Accountant to a Financial Advisor and in 2015 joined Streff Financial Group. His focus and objective is helping people ease their retirement financial fears and in some cases helping them retire early.

Luis believes that listening to what you desire, designing, implementing and monitoring a life plan are very important. He explains why a decision is recommended or made.

As an active participant in his community, he serves as Board Chair of a local youth organization. He has allocated time to youth activities all his adult life, saying “I believe our Youth are our future”.

He has 2 grown boys and has twin grandchildren, a boy and a girl that are the joy of his life.

He and his partner in life Nancy, enjoy traveling to the different beaches of the world. Luis loves to hike and backpack and has climbed various mountains over 14,000 feet high.

Peggy Sage FPQP®, Practice Manager

Peggy’s career in financial services spans 28 years with her background in banking, personal trust administration and investment services.

Peggy began work in a local bank before she moved to Hawaii where she lived and worked for 8 years. In Honolulu, she held various positions for the Bank of Hawaii before taking on her most rewarding position in the Personal Trust department.

She returned to Tucson in 2002 and was offered a position with a local credit union, the largest in southern Arizona. There she accepted the role as administrative assistant to the lead investment services representative, Mick Streff. She and Mick worked closely together for three years.

In 2013, Peggy reunited the team when she accepted an offer from Mick to join Streff Financial Group, which is now Householder Group Tucson.

Peggy is the administrative and client support backbone for the firm, assisting Mick and two other advisors in the office.

Peggy is the mother of 3 sons and a grandmother of 8 grandchildren with whom she adores. When relaxing, she enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, hiking, bowling and especially spending time with her family.
